PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and personal checks.
CARD -ON-FILE
We encourage patients to keep a credit card on file to make the checkout process easier, faster, and more efficient. You will no longer receive statements from us, but you will continue to receive your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance carrier once your claim has been processed, detailing the charges and payments made on your behalf.
At check-in we will:
- Scan the credit card of your choice, including your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) card
After your insurance has paid their portion, we will:
- Notify you via email of the balance owed
- Charge the balance owed to your card on file
- Email a receipt for the charge
Your credit card information will always be fully protected by our off-site, card-processing partner Elavon, and not on our computers, as required by industry standards (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard – PCI-DSS).

If you do not see your insurance plan listed, it's important to contact Kelly Collaborative Medicine directly or consult with your Privia Medical Group provider. Insurance plans and provider participation can change frequently, so we recommend verifying coverage before scheduling your visit to ensure you have the most accurate and up-to-date information.
At Kelly Collaborative Medicine, we aim to streamline the payment process for our patients. During check-in, we will scan your preferred credit card, including FSA or HSA cards, which will be securely stored off-site by our card-processing partner, Elavon. After your insurance has processed your claim and paid their portion, we will notify you of any balance owed via email and then charge the remaining balance to your card on file. You will receive an email receipt for this transaction, ensuring a hassle-free and efficient checkout experience.
To encourage responsible scheduling and respect for our healthcare providers' time, Kelly Collaborative Medicine implements a fee for no-show appointments—$50 for regular appointments and $100 for Saturday appointments. For patients who are out-of-network or prefer to pay without insurance (self-pay), we offer a 50% discount at the time of service. This policy aims to make healthcare accessible while promoting accountability and respect for our clinic's scheduling.
